Refund Policy

As the Products/service offered by the App are online in nature the App does not refund any fees paid towards the processing of PAN services including new PAN application, change or correction in PAN card data or application for reissue of lost card.

However, in case of duplicate payment by error the App may refund the excess service fees paid by the applicant.

In such event an application in writing should be submitted along with proof of excess payment, Address and Identity within 5 days of submitting the application. Any applications received thereafter shall not be entertained for refund.
